Directors Blair Taylor, Renni Pitkanen and Luke Smith have been in the Irrigation, Water and Pumping industry’s respectively for a combined 55 years and joined forces after working side by side on a number of construction projects during 2004-2010.
Blair Taylor (founder) brings a strong Irrigation background to the table and has been installing residential and commercial Irrigation systems since 1990. He founded Never Stop Irrigation P/L and has been actively involved in day to day operations as Managing Director since it was first registered in 2004.
Renni Pitkanen brings a solid construction and civil background to the table delivering Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) and civil construction projects since 2005 to residential and commercial sectors specialising in water harvesting, water reuse and stormwater improvement systems and sports turf construction. He partnered with Blair to form the Neverstop Water Group in 2010/2011 and is the Managing Director of Never Stop Water Harvesting P/L t/as Neverstop Water Group.
Luke Smith brings an operations and maintenance background to the mix and has been implementing and maintaining dynamic water systems since early 2000. Luke is the Managing Director of Never Stop Water P/L which is rapidly becoming the leader in the facilities maintenance sector for all things water.
Directors Blair Taylor, Renni Pitkanen and Luke Smith have been in the Complex Water Sector for a over 55 years and since 2004 have grown the business to over 70+ staff and 100+ fleet of vehicles and machines now operating out of Cromer on Sydneys Northern Beaches and Seven Hills warehouse, the heart of the West.

Louise Nolan | Office / Accounts Manager – Has been an integral part of our operations for over 15 years and knows all there is to know about Neverstop.
Elly Snel | Office Assistant – New to the team for 2024 has been working as an office allrounder whilst juggling a busy child school / sport schedule.
Harry Pitkanen | Contracts and WHS Manager – With over 35 years construction industry experience with tier 1 builders he applies a wealth of contractural knowledge to the business. Manages the implementation of our ISO system group wide.
Wendy Climson | Scheduling/Procurement – Background in administration in the service industry for over 10years.
Craig Yates | Operations Manager – High level operations and construction management experience within the building sector.
Jonathan Norton | General Manager – over 25 years experience industry with a strong business background has progressed internally from bid manager and ISO administrator to General manager in 2025.
Andrew Baxter | Project Coordinator – Has worked with Neverstop since 2019 and for 2025 has taken on the role as project coordinator providing valuable support to the growing project team with his knowledge of the Neverstop business. Andrew has background in Water Sensitive Urban Design, Construction and Maintenance

Krishan Gupta | Senior Estimator/Irrigation Designer – over 25 years experience in estimating, design and administration of irrigation projects across Australia.
Mo Ramezani | Senior Estimator – over 10 years experience in estimating of hydraulic and irrigation projects.
Scott Bradley | Hydraulics Project Manager/Estimating – Joining the team in 2025, Scott is a Licensed plumber with 15yrs experience has worked his way up off the tools into project management.
Mark Rose | Sydney Water Project Manager/Estimating – over 30years experience in Sydney Water and Civil construction projects. Is well known in the industry for his depth of civil knowledge and Sydney Water specifications.
Adam Dennis | Irrigation Project Manager/After Sales Service – 5yrs background in Irrigation and Residential Maintenance has been with Neverstop since 2021
Stephen Mallyon | Sportsfield Project Manager/Estimating – 15yrs green keeping and high end turf construction and management deliverung projects in excess of $8mil.
