Design and Construct 31000m2 cultivation, importation of 700m3 organics for top soil improvement
Laser levelling and turf prep works. 31000m2 of Santa Ana Couch supply and lay in mini rolls.
120kl above ground concrete tank with new DN50 tank top up with RPZ and control valving.
New 7.2kw submersible VSD irrigation pump set in custom made shroud, controller in stainless steel cabinet mounted on tank.
Rainbird irrigation control with remote operation
Rainbird 8005 sprinkler which throw 18m.
Sand Slit turf drainage system with piped carriers at 5m centers
Drainage augmentations for the amenities buildings.
Mowing and herbicides application for 12 weeks
Top dressing with 400ton special blend sand after establishment
