Scope of Works

• 120kl below ground trafficable concrete tank with mains top up, All spoil spread locally onsite for incorporation.
• Grundfos submersible pump in tank with VSD control system 7l/s installed in the greenskeepers shed behind the cafe
• R/Bird LXME (ESP 8LXME) rain sensor controller with council remote access
• 600m 75mm ring main, 1200m of 63mm laterals
• 32 x 50mm Hunter ICV Solenoid Valve in valve box
• 100 x Hunter I40 sprinklers @ 12-18m spacings
• A new mainswater and RPZ upgrade including cage and slabs
• All works installed by Ditch Witch and mole plough to minimise impact on existing turf.
