MA Noble stand Irrigation and pumping upgrade

Scope of works

• Relocate the existing dual Grundfos vertical multistage pump system during demolition and reinstall under new grandstand including addition of a 3rd duty pump and controls for increased flow and reliability.
• Rebuild the pump manifold in buttwelded PE to facilitate future upgrades and modification and incorporate new control valves and sensory equipment.
• Temporarily install the existing 104 solenoid valve manifold to facilitate grandstand construction whilst maintaining full control of irrigation.
• Final relocation and rebuild of the manifold to new plantroom with custom copper pipe works and support bracketry.
• Installation and commissioning of fertigation dosing systems.
• Reinstall the custom toggle controller and rewire all valves.
• Commissioning and handover to the SCG trust

Works were staged and night shift undertaken to ensure there was no disruption to the critical irrigation requirements and game schedules.
