  • Design and Construct 19000m2 cultivation, importation of 400m3 organics for top soil improvement
  • Laser levelling and turf prep works. 19000m2 of Santa Ana Couch supply and lay in mini rolls.
  • 120kl partially buried concrete tank with new DN50 tank top up with RPZ and control valving.
  • New 9.2kw submersible VSD irrigation pump set in custom made shroud, controller in stainless steel freestanding cabinet mounted on tank.
  • Rainbird irrigation control with remote operation
  • Rainbird 8005 sprinkler which throw 18m.
  • Sand Slit turf drainage system with piped carriers at 5m centers
  • Drainage augmentations for the surrounding runoff water.
  • Mowing and herbicides application for 12 weeks
  • Top dressing with 150ton special blend sand after establishment
