Construct

As Sydney Water Accredited Constructors for both Major and Minor Works, we deliver water and sewer infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the latest WSA Codes, Sydney Water specifications, and approved stamped drawings.

Garden Irrigation Solutions

New Sewer Connections

We deliver new sewer connections for residential, commercial and mixed use developments. This includes junction cut ins, sidelines and connections to existing Sydney Water sewer mains, all constructed in accordance with approved designs and Sydney Water standards.

New Water Service Connections

Our team installs new potable water connections including meters, tappings and service lines. We manage the full process from approvals through to final connection and inspection, ensuring reliable water supply and compliance prior to occupation.

Recycled Water Connections

Where developments require recycled water services, we deliver compliant connections and infrastructure in line with Sydney Water requirements. This includes separation from potable systems and adherence to all cross connection and backflow prevention standards.

Section 73 Connection Works

Where a Section 73 Certificate is required, we assist with the delivery of all approved connection works. This includes coordinating with Water Servicing Coordinators and completing construction once Sydney Water approvals are in place.

Major and Minor Connection Works

As accredited Sydney Water constructors, we carry out both minor and major connection works. This includes larger diameter mains, complex connection interfaces and developments with higher servicing demands.

Final Inspections and Certification

All connection works are completed with final inspections, testing and certification to meet Sydney Water requirements. This ensures services are approved and ready prior to occupation or project handover.
